Pricing: All pricing is a starting point in the salon. Each Stylist charge differently due to different levels of experience. Prices could increase do to length and thickness of hair to cover extra color and stylist’s time.
Cancelation Policy: We kindly ask that you provide 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 2 or more missed appointments will require the guests credit card information to secure all future appointments and the following will apply. A cancelation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of service. Appointments that are canceled or missed on the same day will result in 100% charge of service.
Service Guarantee Policy: At Oliver &Tate we take the utmost pride in the services we perform. In the event you are unsatisfied with your service please contact the salon within 72 hours of your original appointment. At that time you may be asked to come back into the salon to evaluate any concerns and challenges. If we feel that is not necessary you will then be rescheduled for a complimentary service but does not include a style or color change from the original consultation. This appointment needs to be completed within 10 business days of original appointment and with the stylist that performed the initial service. We do not provide refunds.
Late Guests: Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest’s schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed and may result in a cancelation fee.
Child Etiquette: At Oliver & Tate we strive to provide each guest with a relaxing experience. Well behaved children are welcome in the salon. Children not abiding by this will be asked to leave.
