Meticulous, passionate, and visionary, Ryan is the creative force behind Oliver & Tate. With over two decades in the industry, he has masterfully blended his extensive experience as a stylist with his love of global travel to create a salon experience that is both refined and welcoming.

Ryan's journey into hair artistry began after studying fine arts, where he discovered his true calling in helping people feel confident and beautiful through personal transformation. A graduate of Capitol School of Hairstyling and Esthetics (Class of 2002), he has since become a Certified Goldwell Master Color Technician, known for his precision, creativity, and unmatched attention to detail.

Throughout his 20+ year career, Ryan has built a loyal clientele drawn to his expertise, artistry, and personalized approach. Clients return time and again, not only for his technical skill, but also for the trust and connection he fosters with every appointment.

When he’s not behind the chair, Ryan channels his curiosity and creativity into exploring new culinary experiences—always seeking inspiration in unexpected places.
