Sara earned her bachelors degree in creative arts, communications, and business from College of Saint Mary. Taking the knowledge gained from her 17 years working in the medical industry, Sara opened Oliver & Tate with her her husband, Ryan Kopiasz.

On top of handling the day to day office and back of the house operations, Sara ensures all guests have a great experience at Oliver & Tate. Whether it's grabbing a drink or a sweet treat Sara makes sure each guest is comfortable and taken care of.

Happy and energetic, Sara loves to entertain her family and friends. She's an avid art collector who loves cooking and going to see live music.
